AAEDC’s Arundel Community Reinvestment (ACR) Fund was highlighted in the following article published in the Pasadena Voice:
HD Enterprises Partners With Anne Arundel County For Beautification Project
The article reported on HD Enterprises US LLC receiving a loan and grant funding from the ACR program to improve a commercial property that they own in Pasadena.
It included the following quote from HD Enterprises co-founder Nicole Hassannia:
“What a pleasure to work with the AAEDC for this activity. They are smartly encouraging property owners in key county revitalization areas to renovate and upgrade their properties with attractive loan financing and grants. The loan was quick and hassle-free, a great example of the partnership possible between business owners and the county.”
The ACR Fund offers property owners in the county’s 11 commercial revitalization districts loans of up to $100,000 to be repaid over three to seven years at zero percent interest, with 25% of the total loan amount currently being offered as a grant. Eligible improvements include renovation and upgrades to building exteriors and site improvements, including landscaping, and loans are limited to 90% of total project costs.
