It listed each of the eleven graduates and their businesses, along with commentary delivered at the virtual event by Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman, Maryland Department of Commerce Secretary Kelly M. Schulz, and City of Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley.

Eye On Annapolis also highlighted the the second cohort’s graduation in its November 15 Daily News Brief, stating that some of the business owners will be future Business Spotlight guests.
Introduced by AAEDC in January 2021, IVP aims to help small and minority-, women-, and Veteran-owned businesses in Anne Arundel County succeed and grow by providing their owners with the resources that early-stage entrepreneurs so often lack: business education and training, access to capital, and mentorship.
