The Capital Gazette highlighted AAEDC’s Arundel Grown Guide as well as its list of all farmer’s markets in Anne Arundel County in the following article, published in the newspaper’s “Guidebook:”
A guide to Anne Arundel farmers markets selling locally grown and produced goods
The intro included:
Residents can enjoy local produce and products at farmers markets throughout the county, something the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation says supports small businesses and the county economy.
Vendors at the county markets can only sell goods they produce, grow, or harvest and not items they have purchased and plan to re-sell, according to AAEDC. The development corporation produces an Arundel Grown Guide, a directory of locally grown and produced goods in the county.
