This roundtable brings together the players in the county and region's technology, government and educational communities for a concise task force to address the issues that exist for hiring qualified, talented tech workers, gaining and retaining security-cleared tech workers and other workforce development issues now and in the future - and on the potential solutions that exist to ensure we continue to supply the workers our tech companies need. The Roundtable focuses on three core project areas: K-12 Education, Recruitment and Retention. Roundtable members pick an area of interest and work with groups on specific projects and outcomes.
