Two Businesses Locate Commercial Offices at Annapolis Towne Centre
Include Software and Eagle Title are First Commercial Tenants
Owings Mills, Md. (February 7, 2011) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that two businesses have selected Annapolis Towne Centre for commercial office space.
Include Software recently opened a 3,920-square-foot office at Annapolis Towne Centre. The office serves as the national headquarters for the software firm, which is known for developing Asset™, a sophisticated software package that helps manage business operations for the landscaping industry. Eagle Title, LLC., a nationwide title and escrow company, purchased 3,600 square feet of space. The firm plans to open its new office in March.
Include Software and Eagle Title are the first businesses to move into Annapolis Towne Centre’s 47,000-square-foot, Class-A office building, which offers both sale or lease options.
