McCormick & Schmicks Opening at Westfield Annapolis Mall
Fresh daily seafood restaurant managed by Baltimore and Annapolis natives
Annapolis, MD A respected name in seafood restaurants is casting a line in Annapolis. Annapolitans will have their first taste of more than 30 different varieties of fresh seafood when McCormick & Schmicks Seafood Restaurant opens its doors at Westfield Annapolis Mall on Monday, November 5th at 3 p.m. It will be the third in the McCormick & Schmick's brand in Maryland. The top-notch local General Manager and Executive Chef team weve hired for this location is sure to impress Annapolis diners.
The 8,840 square-foot Annapolis McCormick & Schmick's is located at Westfield Annapolis Mall next to the Macys Department Store. It will have seating for more than 240, including approximately 50 for private dining, 50 in the bar and 30 on the outside patio.
McCormick & Schmick's menu changes twice daily according to each days fresh seafood deliveries, in keeping with McCormick & Schmicks tradition of offering only the freshest seafood available in season. The menus Fresh List showcases a selection of more than 30 seafood varieties in fresh that day. Examples of menu items include Chesapeake Bay Striped Bass baked in parchment with a Pumpkin Seed Oktoberfest Vinaigrette, Atlantic Salmon stuffed with Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabmeat, and Gulf Shrimp and Brie. The restaurants wait staff is renowned for their encyclopedic seafood knowledge.
In addition to being a seafood leader in quality, variety, preparation and service, McCormick & Schmick's menu features a generous amount of aged steaks, poultry, entrée salads and pasta, all focused on fresh ingredients.
The restaurants commitment to freshness continues in its full-service bar where all juices are fresh squeezed and cocktails are hand shaken in the tradition of classic mixology. The restaurants bar also will feature the famous McCormick & Schmick's $1.95 bar food menu that has been recognized with awards and accolades in many cities.
Baltimore native and executive chef Anthony Peakes culinary creativity will shine on the constantly updated menu. Peake is a veteran of Baltimore, having previously served as executive chef at M&S Grill in downtown Baltimore.

McCormick & Schmicks Annapolis restaurant was designed in a traditional style that emphasizes the use of rich wood paneling and original stained glass pieces. Elements of the design incorporate many types of sailing vessels along with other nautical themed items, all designed and handcrafted by glass artist Chuck Franklin from Portland, Oregon.
