Relocates Corporate Headquarters
Crofton, Md. (February 24, 2011) - - - Gardiner Realty and Development Co. – a regional developer and one of the largest property management firms in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area – has announced the consolidation of its services and relocation of its corporate offices to 2144 Priest Bridge Court, Suite 1, in Crofton, Md. The move took place last weekend.
“We felt the time was right to consolidate our various services under one roof,” said Francis E. "Skip" Gardiner, Jr., president of Gardiner Realty. “At the same time, we felt it was important to move into a LEED-certified building. This will help reduce our environmental impact and make it easier for tenants by providing them with the conveniences of a one-stop shop.” The company’s services include commercial property management and maintenance, commercial property development and construction, and sales and leasing.
The new headquarters, located in one of two recently completed buildings at Priest Bridge Business Park, was developed and is managed by Gardiner Realty. Both buildings have been awarded LEED Silver Certification and are among the first LEED flex-space buildings in Anne Arundel County. Together, they provide 76,000 square feet of office, retail and warehouse space.
