BRIO BRINGS TASTE OF TUSCANY TO ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTRE
New 8,000-Square-Foot Restaurant to Open March 25
Owings Mills, Md. (March 11, 2009) Greenberg Gibbons announced today the opening of Brio Tuscan Grille at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, the new two million-square-foot, mixed-use development. This 8,000 square-foot restaurant will open March 25 and will be the first Maryland location for Brio.
Named a "Hot Concept of the Year" by Nation's Restaurant News in 2007, Brio is a white-tablecloth, Tuscan-style eatery. The menu offers a select assortment of Northern Italian favorites, placing an emphasis on prime steaks and chops, as well as pasta and flatbreads prepared in an authentic wood-burning stove.
Brio joins a premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services at Annapolis Towne Centre. The town center is anchored by a 170,000-square-foot Target and one of the largest Whole Foods Markets in the country, which plans to open in May. Other retailers already open include Anthropologie, Great Gatherings, J.Jill, Sur La Table, Talbots, Origins, Paper Source, Smyth Jewelers and restaurants Gordon Biersch and PF Chang's. More openings are planned for later this spring. The open-air, lifestyle center features Class A office space, luxury condos and apartments.
