Owings Mills, Md. (March 16, 2011) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today the addition of five new restaurants and two financial service companies to Annapolis Towne Centre.  They will be located in a brand new, 20,755-square-foot building that fronts Riva Road. The new addition is set to open in May.

The new tenants are:

Fidelity, one of the largest mutual fund and financial services groups in the world.  The 4,958 square foot investor center at Annapolis Towne Centre will offer a full range of investment products and services to individual mutual fund and brokerage customers.

Flat Top Grill, a create-your-own stir fry restaurant that features fresh ingredients and house-made sauces in an interactive setting.  The 3,497-square-foot location will be Flat Top Grill’s 17th restaurant nationwide, and the first one on the entire eastern seaboard.

Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwich Shop, offering old-fashioned, homemade sandwiches made with all natural ingredients and fresh-baked breads. The 1,936-square-foot restaurant will be the company’s first location in Anne Arundel County.

Qdoba Mexican Grill, known nationwide for its selection of fresh, handcrafted burritos, tacos, nachos and quesadillas.  Qdoba’s new Annapolis Towne Centre restaurant will be 2,821 square feet.

Saladworks, offering fresh-tossed, made-to-order salads created from more than 50 fresh ingredients, as well as soups and sandwiches.  Named the #1 salad franchise in the United States by Entrepreneur Magazine, Saladworks’ Annapolis Towne Centre restaurant will be 2,102 square feet, and the first one in the region.

Scottrade, one of the nation’s leading online investing firms offering a full line of investment products, online trading and market research tools.  The company’s 1,803 Annapolis Towne Centre branch will allow investors to receive in-person customer support, open an account, or learn more about the company’s products and services.

Zoë’s Kitchen, a 2,609 square-foot, fast-casual restaurant featuring a wide variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes.  Known across the Southeast for serving fresh and flavorful fare, the restaurant’s signature offerings include kabobs, rollups, fresh hummus and veggie pita pizza.
