- Market and develop Anne Arundel County Farmers’ Markets
- Encourage restaurants/caterers to support our farms and buy local
- Assist farmers in their transition from tobacco to more diversified crops. Work to establish niche markets with new agricultural products and uses.
- Locate grant funds and assist farmers in grant preparation
- Promote the profitability of the agricultural industry
- Educate on the importance of agriculture to the County’s economic vitality and diversity
