Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation is accepting statements of intent from parties interested in making use of Anne Arundel County’s Recovery Zone Facility Bond (RZFB) allocation for a private development projects.  RZFB is tax-exempt private financing authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  RZFBs provide an incentive for projects/growth in areas experiencing economic and fiscal distress.
